Q:we are at least getting cars, right?

I’m 99% sure that cars won't be in The Sims 4, though nothing has been confirmed yet. Here is my reasoning:

  1. We already know that Sims can travel anywhere by walking outside the neighborhood boundary and teleporting to their location. SimGuruTrev has stated that transportation doesn’t really make sense with the way neighborhoods are set up.
  2. It doesn’t seem likely, given that other modes of transportation (streetcars and steamboats) are just decorative.
  3. SimGurus have been answering many questions on Twitter, but they have ignored all questions about cars so far, which suggests that they will not be in the game.
