Although Brian (one of our talented engineers) discussed some of our technology called Dynamic Cutscene Sequencing in his talk, cut scenes in the manner that Simmers are familiar with from the days of The Sims 2 are not something we’re planning on including in The Sims 4 at this time." -SimGuruSemedi
