Q:tbh i thought ts3 was really boring and un-fun and ugly, whereas ts2 is one of my fave games ever. so i kind of hope that this more cartoonish look means it will pick up more where ts2 left off and veer away from the terribleness of ts3! also if we get back neighborhoods that are decently customizable and can switch between active households easily i will be beyond stoked haha.

I completely agree. So far we’ve seen a southern, New Orleans-esqe town, an Italian coastal town, and more of a rural area that resembles Strangetown. Either will get one huge map that includes these smaller areas, or they’ll be different neighborhoods.
